On March 23, Alex turned 2!!!!
We have a no-homework policy for birthdays, but Esther did have some Book-It reading to do, so we compromised. She read all of Alex's favorite books to him first thing in the morning.
We visited a few of Alex's favorite places. First was the "Mammoth Museum" (a.k.a. The University of Nebraska State Museum)
Next we had lots of fun at the Ager Play Center.
We went home for the birthday boy's nap. When he woke up he had a lot of fun opening all his presents then eating his much-looked-forward-to race car cake.
